These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6xsix ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://6xsix.io, including all subpages, features, games, betting markets, payment services, and customer support functions accessible through the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting customer support. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Language: These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated summary or promotional communication, the English text shall prevail.

Access to and use of the 6xsix Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform does not permit access to individuals under 21, regardless of local variations in legal gambling age. This is a strict platform-wide rule.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account must be used solely by the registered account holder.

6xsix reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction will be suspended, and all funds held in such accounts will be withheld pending resolution. Where a player is found to have been under 21 at the time of registration, all winnings will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned after deducting any amounts played.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 6xsix will merge or close them at its sole discretion. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and the balances of all but the oldest account will be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6xsix customer support immediately. 6xsix will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Your 6xsix account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any such transfer, whether for consideration or otherwise, will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

6xsix operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering ("AML") best practices. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Before processing any withdrawal request.
• When cumulative deposits exceed certain internal thresholds.
• When account activity triggers our internal AML screening protocols.
• When age, identity, or address information cannot be verified through automated means.
• At any point where we deem verification necessary to comply with our obligations or protect the Platform's integrity.

Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate for identity verification; a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days for address verification; and a screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account confirmation).

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. 6xsix will not be responsible for any delays in withdrawal processing that result from a player's failure to provide the requested documentation promptly and in full.

6xsix processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All payment methods must be registered in your own name; third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is specified at the Platform level, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 2–5 minutes for mobile wallet methods and within 4–24 hours for bank transfer methods. 6xsix does not charge withdrawal fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification is complete. If a deposit has not been used to place at least one qualifying bet prior to a withdrawal request, 6xsix reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing costs before releasing funds. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 before they may be withdrawn.

All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in BDT. 6xsix does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their bank or payment provider in the rare event that a payment is processed cross-border.

6xsix offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, which are published on the relevant offer page. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each offer page.
• Minimum odds or game contribution percentages may apply to wagering requirements. Bets placed on games that do not contribute to wagering (e.g., certain live casino tables) will not count toward clearing the requirement.
• Bonus funds expire after the period stated on the offer page. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account.

In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or interpretation of promotional terms, 6xsix's decision is final.

All bets are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that bet selections, stake amounts, and applicable odds or game settings are correct before confirming. 6xsix will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except in the circumstances described in Section 7.3.

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game, and player account level. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface or game window. 6xsix reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any player account at its discretion, including where stake levels are inconsistent with normal recreational play patterns.

A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the odds or game parameters were manifestly incorrect at the time the bet was placed due to a technical error; or the outcome is determined to have been affected by circumstances outside the control of the relevant governing body or game provider. In the event of a system or software malfunction that materially affects game play or bet settlement, 6xsix reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account.

All cricket and sports betting markets on 6xsix are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type. In the case of conflicting interpretations, the rules of the relevant official governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket) shall take precedence for determining the outcome, with 6xsix's settlement decisions being final for platform purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6xsix Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in the matter being referred to the relevant authorities:

6xsix's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6xsix does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service interruptions may affect availability. 6xsix shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of Platform downtime or unavailability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6xsix collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In cases where closure results from eligibility issues unrelated to misconduct (e.g., player has moved to a jurisdiction where access is restricted), the verified balance will be returned to the player's last used payment method after deducting any applicable processing costs.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance (excluding void or forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

6xsix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through one or more of the following means: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage; an email notification to your registered email address; or an in-platform notification upon your next login.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the update notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as specified under the applicable governing law. Nothing in this clause limits 6xsix's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems this necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.

6xsix makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at your own risk and in breach of these Terms.
